Resinous and rich in aromas, sweet gale is an iconic spice of our terroir. Ideal for marinades, infusions, or barbecue spice rubs, it pairs wonderfully with meats and sauces.
Its flavor notes, ranging from hops to fir, are enhanced by a delicate peppery scent.
